The BD Pronto™ holder enables the Vacutainer® multi-sample needle to be detached with a simple press of a button* on the base of the holder. This eliminates the requirement to 'de-notch' the needle and thus removes a major source of needlestick injury. Pronto™ holders are re-usable at least 200 times.

The BD Pronto™ holder is compatible with BD Vacutainer® standard single, BD PrecisionGlide™ multi-sample and BD Eclipse™ multi-sample needles.
